I follow a formalized process for delivering high level of strategic consultation which can be explained in following steps:

Step-1: My process starts with gathering business intelligence. I do everything in my power to know as much about your business as possible. I ask you lot of questions about your business, get a clear understanding of your business objectives, browse your websites, dive into your analytics reports. I properly configure your Analytics account and marketing campaigns to resolve any data collection issues.

Step-2: Gather competitive intelligence. I do competitive analysis to determine missed opportunities and for benchmarking.

Step-4: Analyze each KPI and refine the WAMM whenever required.
